Quality Management System
Our IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 certified quality management system governs every stage - from supplier qualification and process control to final inspection. APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP are applied across all projects. A cleanroom has been completed in June 2026.
Certifications
Both plants certified to IATF 16949 & ISO 14001. Suzhou plant additionally holds ISO 3834 welding quality, ISO 45001 occupational health & safety, and PED + AD 2000 pressure equipment certifications.

Full Traceability
Full batch traceability from raw material heat number to finished goods dispatch. Every part can be traced back to its production batch, press equipment, operator, and inspection records.
Metrology Lab
Our in-house metrology laboratory handles First Article Inspection (FAI), process capability studies (Cpk/Ppk), and annual full-dimension inspection to meet IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
